Congrats everyone!
We didn't do very well but I had a lot of fun and I felt pretty good about how we did this year.
I wish we would have stuck around for more than 5 seconds... It would have been nice to say hi to some people from this board and see the afternoon games.

Looks like both of our teams will be half asleep for our first game tomorrow...
We have prom tonight so I have to wake up at about the same time
I'm glad the reason isn't because our school is too stingy to give us money though

I'd like to note that in Class 4 District 6 that the all-district scores appear to be in error.
The scores appear to only take into account tossups earned in the morning rounds but are divided by total games played.
Thus I should have 7.67 tpg, Megan from Kickapoo should have 10.67, etc.

As far as I can tell Richland has 5 losses. NKC, Ladue, Poplar Bluff, Rock Bridge, and Thomas Jefferson. I would say they have approximatly 60-70 wins. They also apparently beat Richland earlier in the tournament.

I happen to think it is very likely for Teresa to be much better then myself but Terin is pretty incredible at literature...

All of these questions would have been good questions at Reed's Spring. We had questions on what an angle of more than 90 degrees was, what an angle of less than 90 degrees was, what a 90 degree angle was, and what a 180 degree angle was. Some examples of their choices on what to write literature qu...

Quillen or something like that I think. The questions they used last year were pretty good. I didn't have any reason to think it the questions would be terrible. I personally would have rather gone to the UMR tournament but most people on are team would chose a 15 minute drive or a several hour one :)

I feel sorry for Reed's Spring's coach who somehow got duped into paying money for these questions.

I think you are confusing Smithville and Smithton. Smithton is a Class 2 school in Elsberry's district that made it to state last year but posted the lowest scores of any team at state I think. Smithville is a Class 3 school in Savvanah's district.

They can't be as hard as Questions Galore or whatever we are playing on at Richland.
Those scores look more or less the same as at Smithville and I thought they were a lot easier then this QG stuff.

I believe they have a picture of a buzzer and "We prefer the term buzzer jockeys" on the front and it says Ozark Academic Team on the back.
I definatly wouldn't wear Blue Springs shirt though I agree.

I don't think the Rolla and Reed's Spring tournament get that much overlap other than Richland and maybe Ozark.
Most schools going to Reed's Spring probably weren't going to Rolla conflict or not.
