lol

You know, last night I caught a couple of minutes of the local news...(I NEVER watch the news, heh)...and yeah it was pretty much horrible. Like...my high school's broadcasting department, well I'm not gonna say is BETTER, but could probably rival it. lol

I haven't heard much, but all that came here was a little bit of rain and some wind.

Not only was that map horrendously drawn (must be intro students at Mizzou, since KOMU uses Weather Plus), but I presume they meant Hannibal or Quincy in place of the Springfield to the north.

Hannibal is much further north and east close to the border w/IL and north of St. L.

Probably so. That someone had problems knowing where to put cities.

the city overlaid map was slightly set to far southwest. The springfield above STl is Springfield, ILL

It was intended to be, anyway, or at least that's the most logical guess. Springfield, Ill. is northeast of St. Louis, though.

Exactly... it's so incredibly obvious that's what's wrong

Looks correct to me. The only thing misplaced is that giant woman. Is this a satellite image?

No, it's Hannibal. Or Keokuk. Or Quincy.

Either way, it's along the Mississippi. They just got the city and highway ID overlay wrong. Horribly wrong.

Another reason why Mizzou journalism, like almost everything else there, is OVERRATED.

No wonder they vote in favor of reefer referenda.
