One thing that is really annoying is that you can't do anything with it until it's activated. Of course, this is my experience with all SIM-based cell phones. Which makes me wonder... I need to find the picture of the screen saying it needs to be activated to see if it's possible to dial 911 from it.

No... I rarely use my phone for anything at all. Even if it were only $200 and it didn't require a data plan I'd be tempted but in reality would be too much for something I don't use. I wonder how many of those who got one don't realize how expensive it really is with a minimum $60/month cost.East Buc & UMR wrote: did you buy one?
